We will need a picture of the vessel now or later, so the QUOTE figures are accurate.
QUOTES CAN INCLUDE REMOVING - INSTALLING THE MAST.
QUOTES ALSO INCLUDE ALL ADDITIONAL STATE FUEL SURCHARGES.
QUOTES INCLUDE ALL REQUIRED STATE WIDE LOAD PERMIT COSTS.
YOUR VESSEL IF FULLY INSURED WHILE IN TRANSPORT
WE SEND YOU A PAPER CONTRACT WITH YOUR JOB LISTED OUT IN DETAIL, YOU SIGN
and SEND BACK A 40% DEPOSIT.
BALANCE PAYED AT END,

I am a small business, I get behind on doing all the web site work,
bill paying, and responding to transport questions.
Sometime a text (615-456-9069) , this will get you help a little faster,

All the transports are done with a email/written paper contract, it states all work you will be receiving and the date the transport will be accomplished.
You pay a $40% deposit and the balance when transport and work is done, Everyone is happy.
We do not drop contracted transports to do a higher paying jobs, (like other companies) when it is your time/date for the transport , we will be there , we promise.
Note; I get phone calls all the time stating that a company was to transport a sailboat and they didn't show up on the date discussed, and that they don't know when the company will be able to accomplish the job, ALSO: with no refund to their deposit.
You might have to wait for a week or two for your transport date, but we will be there.

Quotes are valid for 2 weeks from date given (due to fluctuations is fuel cost and supply/demand issues )
Before a final contract is sent, we must have a current picture of the vessel; cost may be adjusted +/- if the picture was not received earlier.
